Project management services including Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) roles, Defect Remediation, and Fire Safety Services
PSDP
APS provide the role of the Project Supervisor Design Process in Ireland and carry out all roles defined by the regulations in accordance with Section 11 – 14 of the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 which clearly set out the duties of the project supervisor for the design process.

Our role as PSDP is to coordinate the activities of the various designers and their designs throughout the design process, this includes:

Advising clients on the competence and resources of their appointees

Ensuring that early design decisions fully address significant safety and health issues

Developing an adequate preliminary Safety and Health Plan prior to tender
-
Preparing the Safety file for the client in a user friendly format suitable for future use
Defect Remediation
The Interim Remediation Scheme is for the funding of emergency fire safety defect works in apartments and duplexes, constructed between 1991 and 2013.

Full remedial works, which will include all necessary fire safety measures as well as those related to water ingress and structural damage, will be funded under a statutory scheme that will be legislated for in 2024.

APS carry out inspection, reporting and defect remediation project management services for a varety of OMC’s, landlords and Approved Housing Bodies (AHB's)
Fire Safety Services
​APS offers services related to fire safety compliance for new and existing buildings. Our fire safety solutions apply regulatory and engineering principles to protect life safety, property and the environment from fire.
